Pricing

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial for schools? No. A card purchase is charged at checkout, and an invoice purchase starts access at once with 30 days to pay the invoice. Program directors who want to see the platform first can request a guided demo.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order? Yes. Schools can pay by card or by invoice due upon receipt, with 30 days of access to pay it and an optional PO number printed on the invoice. Both options are available at checkout.
Can institutions manage their own student rosters? Yes. School admins invite students by email, one address at a time, and remove them from the school dashboard. Students on a school's roster do not need individual credit cards.
What happens at the end of the year? The school plan does not auto-renew, whether it was paid by card or by invoice. We email the school 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before its access ends, with a link to pay for the next year by card or by invoice.
