Ultrasound Analytics LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of every sonography student, registered sonographer, and educational institution that uses the platform. This policy summarizes what information we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and the choices users have over personal data. Account information collected at signup includes name, email address, and the authentication identifier issued by Firebase. Quiz, exam, and analytics records get stored so the platform can compute readiness scores, estimated pass probability, and domain-level performance breakdowns. Billing data flows through Stripe; full card numbers never reach our servers. Usage analytics through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and PostHog (including masked session replay), help the team understand which features perform well and which need improvement, and Google Ads receives sign-up, checkout and purchase conversion events through Google tags so we can measure whether our ads work. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, measures page speed and visits without cookies. Sentry monitors errors. HubSpot, MailerLite and Resend handle customer records and email; HubSpot also receives study-readiness scores.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our analytics vendor PostHog receives your account identifier, name and email address, and our CRM, HubSpot, receives your name, email, plan, approximate location and study activity. We send promotional email to everyone who has not opted out, and every email has an unsubscribe link. If you share a referral link, you can see the status of friends who sign up through it and their email address, partly hidden for those who used your link. We honor Global Privacy Control, which also turns off PostHog session recording and Sentry error replay. AI tutoring, image quizzes, and image interpretation run on Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, which receive the prompts and images you submit in order to respond; please do not submit patient identifiers. Images you upload for interpretation are deleted when the analysis finishes, or about 15 minutes after upload if they are never analyzed.

Users may request a copy of all stored data, deletion of an account, or correction of inaccurate information at any time by contacting the support team. Educational institution administrators can manage rosters of student accounts directly from the institution dashboard, including removing students no longer enrolled. Detailed activity records are deleted after about 30 days, the email log after 24 months, and your account data when you delete your account. If a school gives you access, its administrators can see your progress.
