These terms of service govern your use of Ultrasound Analytics, an AI-powered ARDMS board exam preparation platform operated by Ultrasound Analytics LLC and serving sonography students, practicing registered sonographers, and educational institutions. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to the terms described on this page. Ultrasound Analytics is an educational study tool. The question bank, AI tutor explanations, AI-generated study guides, AI image quizzes, and AI image interpretations are designed to support learning. They are not a substitute for ARDMS-published examination materials, official clinical practice guidelines, or supervised clinical training. Sonographers are responsible for verifying clinical decisions against authoritative sources and for following the protocols of their own institution.

Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe at the price disclosed at checkout. We email you 7 to 30 days before a price change takes effect and explain how to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy, and you keep your card dispute rights under federal law. Educational institution licenses cover one year, are paid by card at purchase or by invoice due upon receipt, do not renew automatically, and are provisioned without requiring individual student payment information.

You agree not to scrape the question bank, share your account credentials with others, attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement, or use the AI features to generate clinical reports for actual patient care without independent professional review. The platform is not designed to hold protected health information: do not upload images or text that contain patient identifiers, and we do not sign business associate agreements with individual subscribers. Violations may result in account suspension. Most disputes are resolved by individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, with a small-claims option and a 30-day opt-out described in the full terms. Content you upload remains your responsibility; the privacy policy explains how uploads are handled.
