These terms of service govern your use of Ultrasound Analytics, an AI-powered ARDMS board exam preparation platform serving sonography students, practicing registered sonographers, and educational institutions. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to the terms described on this page. Ultrasound Analytics is an educational study tool. The question bank, AI tutor explanations, AI-generated study guides, AI image quizzes, and AI image interpretations are designed to support learning. They are not a substitute for ARDMS-published examination materials, official clinical practice guidelines, or supervised clinical training. Sonographers are responsible for verifying clinical decisions against authoritative sources and for following the protocols of their own institution.

Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe at the price disclosed at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is governed by our refund policy. Educational institution accounts are billed separately under terms agreed at purchase and provisioned without requiring individual student payment information.

You agree not to scrape the question bank, share your account credentials with others, attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement, upload imaging that contains protected health information without proper consent, or use the AI features to generate clinical reports for actual patient care without independent professional review. Violations may result in account suspension. Content you upload remains your responsibility; we delete temporary uploaded images after processing and do not retain them long term.
