Accessibility Statement

Ultrasound Analytics LLC — Last Updated: October 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Ultrasound Analytics LLC wants everyone preparing for an ARDMS exam to be able to use our website and study tools. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We have not yet been independently audited, and we do not claim full conformance.

2. What We Do

We run automated accessibility checks on our main pages, including the signed-in study pages, fix the problems we find, and plan to add manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.

Recent fixes (October 2026): our brand-blue text, links, buttons, and selected options now meet the WCAG 4.5:1 contrast ratio on page and card backgrounds, in both the light and dark themes, and so do small blue labels and status tags on pale-blue or gray backgrounds, and green, amber, orange, and red status text and icons (such as streak, trend, score, and chart labels), in the light theme. Screen readers can read the text of PDF study guides and slide decks. In quizzes and exams, keyboard focus moves to each new question. Each page has one main content region and a skip link. Links inside paragraphs are underlined. Every navigation region has its own name, and headings on our public pages no longer skip a level. The Privacy Policy tables have proper headers and can be scrolled with a keyboard. Automated checks now run on the Study Hub, quizzes, exam results, Quiz Analytics, flashcards, Study Materials, Billing and Settings, and progress bars and exam score bars have names that screen readers announce.

3. Known Limitations

Signed-in study pages, quizzes, exams, charts, and images of ultrasound anatomy have not yet been tested by hand with a screen reader or with a keyboard alone. Charts and images of ultrasound anatomy do not have text descriptions at this time. If you need the information in one, email us and we will provide it another way. Video lessons do not yet have captions or transcripts.

4. Feedback and Contact

If you have trouble using any part of the Services, email support@ultrasoundanalytics.com. Tell us the page, what happened, and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will work with you to offer an alternative way to get the information or service.
