Summary — Payments Are Non-Refundable

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in this policy. We do not give partial refunds for unused time. If you no longer want to be charged, cancel before your next billing date. The cases where we do refund or credit you are listed in Section 1.

1. When We Do and Do Not Refund

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described here. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for monthly or annual subscription fees, renewal charges, unused portions of a billing period, periods when you did not use the Services, dissatisfaction with content or platform features, failure to cancel before renewal, educational institution licenses, or one-time fees, add-ons, and upgrades. Unless an exception applies, this policy applies after every successful billing event, including automatic conversion of a free trial.

Exceptions: we refund billing errors; we refund the unused part of the period if we end your subscription without cause; referral rewards are paid as a partial refund (annual plans) or an account credit (monthly plans); and we refund where the law requires it.

2. Free Trial & How to Avoid Being Charged

A three-day free trial is offered to first-time individual (monthly or annual) subscribers only; it is not offered to returning subscribers, to people who use a promotional offer that makes the first payment free, or to Educational Institution licenses. Where a trial applies, your card is authorized at signup and automatically charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. The exact expiration date and time appears at checkout and in your billing settings. We do not issue courtesy refunds when a customer forgets to cancel before a trial converts.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and preserves access through the current paid billing period, but it does not provide a refund or credit for amounts already paid or unused time.

4. Card Disputes & Chargebacks

You keep your rights under the federal Fair Credit Billing Act and your card network's rules, and a good-faith dispute is not a breach of the Terms. If you believe a billing error occurred, please email support@ultrasoundanalytics.com first so we can fix it quickly. A fraudulent dispute of a charge you knowingly authorized may result in account suspension or termination and submission of acceptance and usage records to your card issuer.

5. Where This Policy Is Shown

The terms of each purchase, including the price, whether a trial applies, automatic renewal and non-refundability, are disclosed at checkout before you are charged, and payments are non-refundable after billing except as described in this policy.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a refund, Ultrasound Analytics will comply with that law.
